How do I live well,
as myself?
어떻게 하면 나답게 잘 살까?
I'm Min — coach, founder, and hopeless connector. Korean-born, shaped by six countries, now asking this question out loud from Paris. Both halves keep moving: what counts as well changes, and what counts as myself changes faster.

I give what I wish
I had sooner.
Restless, hard on myself, never quite at ease in my own skin. The silence before sleep was the loudest part of my day.
Two things changed that. Coaching gave me clarity about who I actually am and what I want. And an old Korean way of sleeping — cool air, warm back — gave me the feeling of being genuinely, physically safe. Turns out the two aren't separate. When your body finally feels held, your mind gets quieter. When your mind finds clarity, your body stops bracing.
So now that's what I do. Both, together. Because feeling at home in yourself — in your body, your mind, your life — doesn't have to take as long as it took me.

getting out
I take part in things that spark curiosity and joy. The thread is always the same: something meaningful is already in there, and it hasn't found its way into the world yet.
Tell me about yours →Ways in.
No menu, no packages — each of these starts as a conversation. If one of them sparks something, find a time or write me.
Let's actually
have a chat.
No agenda except curiosity. We'll see if there's something here — and if not, you'll leave with at least one useful thing. Promise.
The part that doesn't fit
in one room.
One question runs through everything I write: how do I live well, as myself? The letter is where I work on it in the open — what I'm discovering, what I'm actually applying to my own life, and how it's going.
I believe a good question can change a life. So I'll keep passing along the ones that are changing mine.
It will evolve — that's rather the point. If you're wrestling with your own version of the question, you might feel at home here.
Many lives,
one question.
Questions I'm living, findings I'm applying — sent when there's something worth sending. The first one goes out in September.
